Nigerian-qualified lawyer, called to the Bar in July 2026, with a First Class LL.B and two peer-reviewed publications on energy regulation, the most recent in Elsevier’s The Electricity Journal (2026). Co-founder of SOOIA Legal LLP, advising on regulatory set-up (NAFDAC and factory registration, trade mark filings, CAC compliance) and on commercial and consumer protection disputes. Earlier experience spans commercial litigation support at a leading Lagos firm and ESG and energy regulatory advisory across Nigeria and the GCC. National mooting champion (LAWSAN 2023) and Best Counsel award recipient.

  • Advise a company establishing a dairy-sector food business on its regulatory set-up, coordinating NAFDAC product and factory registration and trade mark applications at the Trade Marks Registry.
  • Advise on commercial and regulatory disputes, including an ongoing consumer protection claim against a domestic airline under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
  • Drafted the firm’s LLP partnership agreement under CAMA 2020 and carried its CAC registration.

  • Produced 45+ policy briefs on ESG disclosure obligations and emerging regulation across Qatar and the GCC, aligned with QNV 2030 and GCC initiatives, turning complex change into actionable guidance for business and policy audiences.
